Like all our other Blackjack games, European Blackjack uses 21 cards – the aim of the game is to beat the dealers hand with just two cards, by getting as close to 21 as possible without going over. This version uses eight decks of cards however, and the dealer must stand on 17. If the dealer is dealt 16, he is forced to draw another card. Players are dealt two cards that are placed face up, while the dealer is dealt one card face up. European Blackjack has a ‘No Peak’ rule that forbids the dealer to peak at the cards to spot a Blackjack until his second card is dealt. If he has a Blackjack, every other bet will be lost to the dealer. Standard Blackjack rules apply to our High Limit European games, and keep in mind that high limit games should only be played if you are prepared to play at this high roller level.
